Nikki has over 25 years experience in the field of social work working with children, adolescents, and families from in-home services, case management, policy, hospital social work, as a substance abuse counselor, and now as a licensed masters social work therapist. She is an energetic person by nature enjoying simplicity to keep herself grounded and focused.
Nikki's approach focuses on engaging and listening with a humble attitude with a goal to be present with you to help you gain calmness, recovery, and improvement in your overall health and well-being. She is here to provide support and introduce therapeutic modalities using somatic body work, yoga, expressive arts, EMDR to connect mind, body and emotions, and strengths based approach to enhance coping and recovery. Together, taking one step at a time, you will explore, play, problem solve, and learn things about yourself to work towards creating things in your life that is meaningful to you.
