What makes you different from other therapists?

"I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment where clients can freely express themselves and feel comfortable being who they truly are. I also view laughter as a powerful tool in therapy. I believe that humor can provide relief, ease tension, and build connections. While therapy can be emotionally intense, incorporating humor in appropriate moments can create a more relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, allowing clients to approach their challenges with a lighter heart."

Approach to therapy:

"I am a dedicated and compassionate therapist who specializes in collaborative, strengths-based, and client-centered approaches to therapy. I believe that every individual possesses unique strengths and abilities that can be utilized to achieve personal growth and healing. Through open and respectful collaboration, I work hand-in-hand with my clients to identify these strengths and build upon them. I firmly believe that therapy should be a collaborative journey, with clients taking an active role in defining their goals. Together, we create a personalized roadmap for achieving their objectives, all while providing the unwavering support they need to succeed."
