What makes you different from other therapists?

“I strive to make therapy a comfortable environment no matter who is sitting across from me in my office. I work to ensure that I am able to adjust the therapeutic setting in any way possible to increase comfort, enjoyment, and efficiency of sessions.”

Approach to therapy:

“Therapy with me is focused towards collaboration and working together to accomplish goals that my clients have identified for themselves. I have learned throughout clinical work that my clients know themselves better than anyone else and I often act as an extra support to help them identify the answers within them. I like to make therapy as fun or enjoyable as possible while maintaining productivity to get my clients to where they want to be. I work to support the changes that are deemed necessary, desired, or important for that person.”
